3. Pricing & Currency

  • We currently accept payments in USD, EUR, and HKD. The prices on the website do not include tax, Tax will be added separately at checkout.
  • International customers may see converted prices based on current exchange rates.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that may occur.

4. Order Processing

  • Payment is required at time of purchase, order will not be proceed if the payment is not paid.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • You will receive payment confirmation via email immediately after purchase.

5. Failed Payments

  • Your order will be placed on hold for 24 hours
  • You may update payment details in your account
  • We accept multiple payment methods. When paying with a credit or debit card, please ensure that the information provided is accurate.

Common reasons for payment failure include, but are not limited to: incorrect card number, expired card, failed security verification, etc. The system will record all relevant information related to payment failures.

  • For orders using Shopify Payments, if the first payment attempt fails, the system will automatically retry once after three business days.
  • If the second attempt is unsuccessful, customers must manually complete the payment using another method to avoid order delays or cancellations.

6. Refunds Chargebacks

  • Refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 3-10 business days)
  • Upon a successful refund, the cost of the product will be reimbursed in full, while shipping charges will not be refunded.

For wholesale or custom orders:

  • Deposit may be required
  • Balance payment due before shipment
