At DecGift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the following policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may return an item if:
✔ The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories included, and returned in the original packaging.
✔ We respect and follow the return policies in every country we serve. The return request must be initiated within the specified timeframe after delivery:North America: 7 days|EU: 14 days|Japan: 8 days.
✔ Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
❌ Personalized/custom-made products
❌ Gift cards, or downloadable content after purchase. 
❌ Products damaged due to misuse
❌ Products categories below does not accept return: 

  • Outdoor furniture:tables, chairs, sofas, and other bulky or custom-made large goods cannot be returned once delivered, unless there is a confirmed quality issue. Products that have been assembled, used, or show signs of installation damage will not be accepted.
  • Beauty products:Items must remain in their original packaging with labels and seals intact.Once cosmetics, skincare, or personal care products are opened, tested, or used, they are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.Products with removed seals, damaged packaging, or missing accessories will not qualify for return.
  • Clothing & Apparel:Returns are only accepted if items are unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition with original tags attached.If the trademark label is cut, removed, or altered, the return request will be declined.Items that are stained, damaged, or show obvious signs of wear are considered defective and cannot be returned.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items:Products that come into direct contact with the skin are not eligible for return once opened or tried on. This includes:
    • Underwear, shapewear, swimwear, stockings, socks
    • Earrings, piercings, wigs
    • hair extensions, hairbrushes
    • Bottled personal care items (perfume, lotion, oils, sprays, etc.),
    • Labels must remain intact and items must be completely unused.
  • Fresh food & consumables:Perishable products such as fresh food, beverages, and items with a short shelf life are non-returnable.Opened or partially consumed food and drink products are not accepted for return.Other non-returnable situations,Customized or personalized products (engraved, made-to-order, or altered according to customer request).
  • Clearance or final sale items explicitly marked as "non-returnable".
  • Products damaged due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repair by the customer.

2. Refund Composition and Applicable Scenarios

The refund amount will be determined based on the reason for the return and the responsible party. The specific categories are as follows:

  • Quality Refund 
    If the product you received has a quality issue and it's confirmed to be the seller's fault, we'll provide a full refund.
    The refund will include the purchase price and shipping costs, and will be credited to your original payment method.
    Please note that import duties/taxes are not included in the refund.
  • No Reason 
    No-questions-asked return policy
    Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility (local regulations apply in the EU).
    Only the product price will be refunded, excluding shipping and customs duties.
    For orders with free shipping, only the product price and statutory taxes will be refunded.
    *Note: In jurisdictions with special regulations (such as VAT requirements in the UK and Europe), customs duties are generally not refundable.
  • Special Circumstances
    Virtual Goods: Non-physical products such as e-books, digital downloads, and online courses are non-refundableonce delivered.
    Malicious or Excessive Returns: In cases of unreasonable or frequent returns, the seller reserves the right to deduct shipping expenses and refuse further return requests.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us
Activate the "Return" request via your order page

All returns need to fulfill with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name(s) and reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective/damaged) 

Step 2: Wait for Approval We’ll respond within 5 business days with: Return instructions A prepaid return label (if applicable) .

Step 3: Ship the Item Back Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories (tags, manuals, free gifts). Ship to our return address: Contact us for ship back address.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to product quality.
  • Duty/Tax are non-refundable.

*Note: Bank processing times may add 3–10 business days before the refund appears in your account.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos/video of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Free returns: We provide a prepaid label for eligible returns.
Customer-paid returns: You cover return shipping unless the return is due to quality.

8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for:    
    • Return shipping costs
    • Any customs/duties fees
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges.
