Welcome to DecGift.com ! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Please allow additional time for order verification and packaging.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:
International Shipping: 15-26 business days
Europe: 18-22 business days
United Kingdom: 10-14 business days
United States: 11-16 business days
Australia: 10-26 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing (for international orders).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available for orders over $350 to APEC.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to North America (USA, Canada), Europe (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom), APAC (Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand and Greater China), Middle-East (Abu Dhabi, Dubai). If your country isn’t listed, contact us at mkt2@decgift.com for possible arrangements.

6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply).

7. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is lost in transit, contact us at mkt2@decgift.com, and we’ll assist you.
